Rejean J Remillard

FOUNDER

Rejean began his career selling life insurance in 1970, and became the Regional Sales Manager for Prudential Insurance Company. He later made the transition to an Independent Agent and expanded his business by adding the sale of property and casualty insurance. In 1987 he relocated his office to Feeding Hills where he would soon move his family. The agency has relocated twice since, staying loyal to the Agawam/Feeding Hills area.

Karen Pelletier

CPIA CEO

Karen’s insurance career began in 1991 with Mass Mutual Insurance Company in Springfield, MA in the Pension Management Department. She later moved on to The Traveler’s Insurance Company based in Hartford, CT with a focus Life Insurance services. In 1995 she joined her father’s agency and became licensed to sell Property and Casualty insurance as well as Life and Health products. Karen holds the CPIA designation (Certified Professional Insurance Agent) and has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Bay Path University.

Karen currently represents the Northeast region as an agency council member for The Main Street America Group. She has previously held that same position with the Providence Mutual Insurance Company. Karen is also a member of the Association for Professional Insurance Women.

Michael Pelletier

Customer Service

Gwen is a familiar face to many in the community and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the agency. She has been in the industry for close to 20 years and is licensed to sell Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. Samantha Coard

Producer

Samantha joined the agency at the beginning of 2020. She has experience working with a large national insurance carrier, and is currently licensed to sell Property and Casualty insurance in the State of Massachusetts.
